Description:

Each piece I create is truly a new experience in building up a three-dimensional. The more intricate the design, as in “Crossing Time & Space”, creates a more complex and time-consuming piece. After cutting and then painting different size strips of four-ply archival board, they are layered at different heights, supported & glued. Texture & shapes from intriguing parts of watches, metals & glass along with the repetition of color, lines and value add to the overall balance and unity of the design.
