Get a great start in acrylic painting with artist/instructor Hugh
Greer. The beginning acrylic painting lessons in Acrylic
Landscape Painting: Tools & Techniques will get you excited to take your
acrylic painting to the next level! See Hugh Greer demonstrate the flexible
acrylic painting techniques and tools he uses in his landscape painting.
In Landscape Studies in Acrylic, Hugh presents
a masterful demonstration of four outdoor scenes: dry winter
trees, dramatic clouds, flat prairie vista and evening winter sky — showing
the versatility of acrylic paint and its use as both an opaque and transparent
medium. Suited to Beginning through Intermediate students.
Hugh Greer paints two scenes simultaneously, creating two distinctly different
moods in Create Mood & Atmosphere with Color & Value — for advanced students.
Up close you'll study his brush work, color mixing, and subtle shifts in color
and value as he uses the transparency of fluid acrylics to its fullest.
