A: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal …and we also accept checks and money orders. The charge on your credit card statement will show "Creative Catalyst Productions ."

Q: Can you invoice me?
A: No, we are not set up to invoice customers … pre-paid orders only.

Q: Can we mail in an order?
A: Yes, we accept mailed in orders and you can use any of the above forms of payments in a mailed in order (except for PayPal).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide and have customers from almost every corner of our planet.

Q: What forms of shipping do you offer?
A: We use US Postal Service: First Class, Priority, Express and Air Letter Post (International mail) … we also offer UPS: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Shipping costs are based on weight, however, if you want to place your order online, it will give you your shipping options and cost before you actually enter your payment information … at this point you can cancel or continue. For mail-in orders, there is a flat rate of $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item (for domestic only).

Q: Why is shipping so expensive … is it more then other places?
A: Our shipping costs are very competitive with other companies our size. We also ship your order the same day it is received (with the exception of orders received after 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, Holidays and Weekends). Also, most shoppers don't realize that shipping costs also include more than just the actual shipping charge … it includes handling charges, such as packaging, labor, equipment, supplies, etc.

RETURN POLICY

We at Creative Catalyst Productions take pride in the products we offer. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with each purchase, therefore, we have posted images, descriptions and reviews for each DVD to assist in decision making. We have also included previews of all CCP produced titles so that our customers can get a glimpse of what is in each DVD before they make a purchase. In addition, all DVDs are professionally duplicated and/or replicated to the highest quality specifications. We ship all products in new condition, exactly as they were received by us from our duplicator or other production company.

If, for some reason, you receive a DVD that is defective or damaged in shipping, e-mail us at info@ccpvideos.com and we will discuss the best way to exchange the item.

Q: Do you sell used DVDs?

No. All DVDs sold by Creative Catalyst are new, unused DVDs. 95% are shrinkwrapped. Some titles, produced by other production companies, come to us new but not shrinkwrapped. We ship these out in the same, new condition as they are received by us.

Q: What if I receive a DVD and just don't like the content?

We cannot take returns if you are just unsatisfied with the content. We have taken every step we can imagine to provide all the information you need to make an informed decision. We hope 100% of our customers will be satisfied 100% of the time, but know that isn't possible. So we apologize, in advance, for being unable to take non defective returns.
