• Once you select "Buy One Now" or "Add to Basket" you will move to the screen where you select the dollar amount.
• Your Gift Certificate will be emailed back to you or to your recipient, as you select.
• If you wish a hard copy, merely print out the certificate.

• Your CCP Gift Certificate is registered on the CCP web site, www.ccpvideos.com
• When you checkout of the Creative Catalyst online store you will be asked to enter your Gift Certificate Keycode. It can also be redeemed for phone-in or mail-in purchases.
• Qualified Items: CCP (Creative Catalyst Productions, Inc) Gift Certificates can only be redeemed to pay for CCP items.
• Excess Gift Certificate Value: Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's CCP Gift Certificates account until depleted.
• Insufficient Gift Certificate Value: If the amount of the order exceeds the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate, the recipient will be required to pay for the balance.
• Multiple Gift Certificates can be redeemed on a single purchase, up to $500 per purchase.

• Purchaser Cancellations: Gift Certificate recipients can cancel their Gift Certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser.
• Refunds: Refunds on Gift Certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card.
• Expiration: CCP Gift Certificates have a one-year expiration date.
• Maintenance Fee: There are no maintenance fees charged on unused CCP Gift Certificate balances.

• Security: For security purposes, a recipient may be required to enter credit card or bank account information before he or she can redeem the Gift Certificate.
• Privacy Policy: PayPal will not use the recipient's email address for any other purpose than to send notifications to the recipient regarding his or her Gift Certificate.

• CCP reserves the right to reverse any Gift Certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser's Credit Card account.
• CCP Gift Certificate resale is prohibited.
• CCP Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
• CCP Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other CCP Gift Certificates.
• CCP not is responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificate codes.
• CCP Gift Certificates may be purchased or redeemed by residents of the United States or Canada only.
