When a new DVD workshop is sent to the replicator, we expect it to arrive in our warehouse in a matter of weeks. With this knowledge, we offer our customers a savings of $5.00 off retail if they Pre-Order and pay for the product in advance (which helps offset the production costs). When the item arrives in our warehouse, all Pre-Orders are shipped first (within 24 hours, Monday – Friday).
