“Imaging” is the technique of recalling visual elements, and Gerald Brommer demonstrates ways to construct paintings from such images by building paintings from sketches and remembered imagery of Oaxaca, Mexico, one of his favorite location subjects. Gerald guides the viewer through his process of recalling images, designing and composing these images in sketch form, and building evocative watercolors from these designs.
