Join mixed media artist Traci Bautista's class as she teaches a day long workshop in creative collage books, or "retro rags" at the Art & Soul Retreat at Asilomar, California.

Learn how to dye a variety of cloth and paper, make and use stamps and stencils, transfer images (including your own doodles), assemble mini collage covers, stitch in designs, and assemble the pages in a secure decorative latch-hook spine.

Traci shows you more ways to put stuff on fabric than you can imagine. She dots it on, brushes it on, mushes, inks, scrapes, rolls, crushes, dabs, stamps, stencils, presses, squishes, punches, writes, glues, sponges, pokes, sews, collages, irons on transfers, photocopies...
